For Air Flow, the first step in doing business with your company is for us to receive your completed Credit Application and Tax Instructions. You’ll find a pdf version of these documents on this page. Simply print out these documents and complete them and fax them back to our office at 336-605-9844. (If you need to download Adobe Acrobat Reader, simply click on the link below to download this program.)

We also know you may need some information on us to add Air Flow to your vendor base. The attached company data sheet should provide the information you need.

We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express if you prefer this form of payment.
